I work with growth companies on structuring and negotiating debt financing transactions. Achieving successful results in this area requires a thorough understanding of the operational and financial aspects of my clients’ businesses. The opportunity to learn about the architecture and strategy behind each client, and then apply that knowledge to negotiations in order to fit the needs of the business, is something that I find enjoyable and satisfying on a daily basis.
