Adam is a Banking & Finance partner, advising borrowers, investors, financial sponsors and creditors on debt financings for Growth Companies, Private Equity and M&A Transactions, and Debt Restructurings, in public and private markets.

He represents venture-backed companies, private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, public companies, and lenders, in a wide variety of financing transactions, across the capital structure and in a range of industries. He has significant experience advising on venture debt transactions, acquisition financings, recapitalizations and restructurings.

    • Central Garden & Pet on its $750 million syndicated asset-based revolving facility
    • Oportun on its $235 million senior secured term loan refinancing

    • UBS and the revolving lenders in the debt restructuring for Tropicana Brands Group
    • Royal Bank of Canada on its DIP loans and exit facility for Basic Fun
    • Blackstone Life Sciences on its royalty financing for Reata Pharmaceuticals
