Financial Times has named Orrick North America’s Most Innovative Law Firm in its 2017 report, recognizing the firm for eight different innovations. In addition, FT selected John Bautista as one of the 10 Most Innovative Individuals of the Year.
For an unprecedented second time, The American Lawyer selected Josh, the head of Orrick’s Supreme Court & Appellate practice, for this prestigious list. As AmLaw reported: “Whether for tech giants or financial execs, Joshua Rosenkranz is winning crucial battles and leaving a mark on the law.” The publication again dubbed Josh “the Defibrillator” for his ability to revive the toughest cases on appeal.
Our team is named to The National Law Journal Appellate Hot List for the 6th time, while Josh Rosenkranz is recognized as a distinguished leader by New York Law Journal. In the accompanying interviews, Josh talks about listening and giving voice to clients, building our team of six first-chair partners and 34 full-time appellate lawyers, and leadership lessons from Justice Brennan.
