What inspires you about working with tech companies?

I'm passionate about the ability of technology to improve the quality of people's lives in real and tangible ways. Technology can improve our experience in all manner of tasks, from the mundane and the most complex.
Where do you find inspiration in life?

From observing individuals overcome challenge through dedication and often applied intellect. I'm often amazed how challenges that people have fought against for centuries disappear through the application of quite simple technological solutions.
If you weren't a tech lawyer, what would you do?

Something boring! I enjoy working in financial services regulation. If there wasn’t a technology edge to my work I’d still work in financial services only it would be a bit more dull.
If you could choose one superpower, what would it be?

Teleportation. Imagine being able to finish working in the office and seconds later appear at home or a restaurant with friends!

What inspires you about working with tech companies?

I admire the dedication and sacrifice of tech company founders. I have firsthand experience with helping grow a company from zero employees and no products to an international team with a full product portfolio and ultimately a fruitful exit.
If you weren't a tech lawyer, what would you do?

Start a vegan, organic, gluten free, non-GMO, non-plant-based ice cream business.
What is your ideal weekend?

Spending weekends hiking with my wife, toddler, puppy and elder pup.
If you could choose one superpower, what would it be?

The ability to sleep for one hour and gain the physical and mental recovery of 8 hours' worth of sleep.
