Niccolò focuses his practice in the area of financial and banking regulation.
He also gained experience, nationally and internationally (Brasil) in the area of civil law and international commercial contracts.
Niccolò assists investment firms, banks payment and e-money institutions, both domestic and EU, providing advice on compliance matters and relating to applications with relevant competent Authorities, due to his knowledge of the fintech sector.
