Ferguson Enterprises Inc., North America's largest value-added distributor of essential water and air solutions, has acquired five businesses during Q2 2026, further strengthening its geographic footprint and specialized capabilities across its customer groups.

Orrick is also advising Ferguson on its entering into a definitive agreement to acquire FloWorks for $1.6 billion.
