Orrick advised Frankfurt-based fintech company creditshelf, a pioneer in the digital financing of medium-sized companies in Germany, on today’s listing in the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. creditshelf Aktiengesellschaft has placed 206,250 shares in creditshelf with investors at a fixed price of EUR 80.00 per share.

creditshelf is a pioneer of online market place lending for the small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) segment in Germany, connecting borrowers and investors through a fast and easy-to-use online platform. Founded in 2014, creditshelf considers itself the market- and technology leader in the fast-growing German online direct lending segment for SME loans.

creditshelf Aktiengesellschaft was advised by a Germany-based Orrick team led by M&A and private equity partner Sven Greulich together with capital markets partner Timo Holzborn and M&A and private equity partner Christoph Rödter. Sven Greulich has been supporting creditshelf since their business formation in 2014; he regularly advises founders and investors on national and cross-border technology transactions.
