Orrick has advised Synergy Private Equity Fund in its acquisition of Dimension Data Limited (Nigeria) and Dimension Data Limited (Ghana), the Nigerian and Ghanaian subsidiaries of Dimension Data. The Dimension Data Group is a provider of digital infrastructure, hybrid cloud services, workspaces for tomorrow and cybersecurity.
Following a brief transitional period, the acquired companies will commence trading under Cloud Exchange Limited. The companies will remain the Dimension Data Group’s exclusive partners in both countries. Financial terms for the transaction, which closed on April 10, 2017, were not disclosed.
