Orrick advised Kistos Holdings plc (LSE: KIST), a low carbon intensity gas producer pursuing energy opportunities in line with the energy transition, on a group reorganisation involving the interposition of a newly incorporated holding company by way of a court sanctioned scheme of arrangement, and the direct listing of Kistos Holdings plc's 82,863,743 ordinary shares of nominal value 10 pence each on AIM, the market of that name operated by London Stock Exchange plc.
