United States – Working closely with our market-leading Technology Companies Group, we have strong experience representing start-ups in the technology sector as they go through their initial public offerings and become public companies. Our Equity Capital Markets team has a balanced practice representing both issuers and underwriters. Among our recent engagements were the IPOs of Arcadia Biosciences, Ooma, On Deck Capital and Rapid7. We also represent issuers and underwriters in connection with PIPEs, SPACs and convertible debt offerings. Our Debt Capital Markets team primarily represents longstanding corporate issuers in all aspects of their financing needs as well as supporting our Energy & Infrastructure and Banking & Finance teams on debt securities components of their transactions.
London/Europe – We advise issuers, sponsors and nomads on IPOs and follow-on offerings on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange and the AIM Market, as well as bond offerings. Our recent engagements include acting for the banking syndicate on the equity fundraising and reverse takeover of BCA Marketplace plc and listing on the Main Market, as well as acting for Cerillion plc on its IPO on the AIM Market.
