Mike Delikat Partner Employment Law & Litigation, Whistleblower & Corporate Investigations

Michael Delikat, a partner in the New York office, serves as Chair of Orrick’s Global Employment Law Practice, which has employment law teams in the European Union, Asia as well as the United States.

He also is the founder of the firm’s Whistleblower Task Force. He previously served as the Managing Director of Orrick’s Litigation Division.

Mario Scofferi, Of Counsel in the Milan office, is a member of the Complex Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group.

Mario deals with labor law and industrial relations, assisting Italian and foreign clients, both in judicial and out-of-court matters, related to every aspect of the management of employment relationship, agency relationship and self-employment relationship in all its forms including inter alia:

  • drafting of employment agreements (also for managers), drafting of para-subordinate employment agreements (so-called co.co.co.), self-employment agreements, agency agreements;
  • drafting additional clauses to employment agreements (for example, non-competition and confidentiality clauses, etc.);

Chanani Sandler is a managing associate in Orrick's Global Employment and Equity Compensation practice in Orrick's New York office.

With more than 12 years of experience in cross-border human resources matters, Chanani advises multinational companies across all industry lines on a variety of employment-related matters and global equity compensation. He globally manages large multi-country and large multi-function HR projects.

From an employment law perspective, Chanani advises his clients on a range of employment-related matters outside the United States, including global/local offer letters and employment contracts, HR policies and handbooks as well as termination and settlement agreements.
