Jenna has worked on all structures available in public finance, including fixed and variable, tax-exempt and taxable, insured, letter of credit and liquidity supported bonds, conversions, tenders, exchanges, restructurings and reofferings, senior/subordinate, capital appreciation and convertible capital appreciation bonds, securitizations, project finance, direct purchases, bank-qualified transactions and 144A and Section 4a2 offerings.

Lisa has significant experience in the renewable energy sector, including with respect to wind, solar (utility scale and distributed generation), storage, and waste to biofuel projects.
She regularly represents project developers and investors in energy project finance transactions, including tax equity and debt financing, preferred equity financing, joint ventures, private placements, and a broad range of corporate matters.
Lisa is on the Board of the San Francisco Bay Area Chapter of WRISE (Women of Renewable Energy and Sustainable Industries), and also has an active pro bono immigration practice representing undocumented victims of crime in obtaining U visas. Prior to practicing law, Lisa was a senior analyst with a policy consulting firm.

Trudie focuses her practice on project financing, joint ventures and project development in the renewable energy sector. Trudie represents clients in a wide variety of transactions, including debt and tax equity financing, joint ventures, project development matters, and project acquisitions and sales.

Nnayongo's current practice focuses on representing individuals and corporations in a variety of industries in complex business litigation and disputes. Nnayongo represents technology corporations, financial institutions, and other entities in a range of civil disputes including claims of breach of contract.

Anne represents clients in product liability cases with high potential damages, multiple jurisdictions and plaintiffs, and significant risk to critical product lines. She also assists clients with risk analyses involving product liability exposure related to expansions in distribution areas, cross-border sales, and new product lines.
Anne is a member of teams representing product liability clients that include a Fortune 500 chemical company, a European pharmaceutical distributor, and a key defendant in asbestos litigation across the country. She is experienced in matters involving a wide variety of issues, including medical monitoring, stream of commerce liability (including across international borders), premises liability, and successor liability.
Anne also works with Orrick's Public Policy group assisting clients with developing strategies to solve high-stakes issues in state legislatures, and with state Attorneys General. Anne works with teams representing clients that include the country's biggest telecommunications company and an industry-leading satellite TV company.
