Lisa has represented some of the biggest players in the energy industry, with a practice focus on project finance and mergers and acquisitions in the conventional power and renewable energy sectors.

She has significant experience in the energy sector, including with respect to wind, solar, storage, and waste to biofuel projects. She regularly represents project developers, sponsors, borrowers, lenders, private equity and other investors in connection with energy project M&A, tax equity, cash equity, debt financing (development, construction and back leverage), joint ventures, private placements, and a broad range of corporate matters.

Lisa also has an active pro bono immigration practice representing undocumented victims of crime in obtaining U visas.
