Orrick Advises Veolia on $1.25 Billion Sale of its U.S. District Energy Assets to Antin

Orrick has advised France-based Veolia on the $1.25 billion sale of its U.S. district energy assets to private equity firm Antin Infrastructure Partners. The portfolio consists of steam, hot and chilled water and electricity production plants, including cogeneration, and 13 networks in 10 U.S. cities. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval and is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2019.
