    • Branding and Trademark Portfolio Management. Brad represents numerous mid- to large-size business enterprises with respect to branding and trademark portfolio management, in a variety of sectors.  He manages a number of large global trademark portfolios for a major professional services firm.
    • iVillage Inc. Prior to its acquisition by NBC Universal in 2006, Brad represented iVillage, the leading online destination for women, in a number of major strategic partnership/licensing transactions; oversaw iVillage's worldwide trademark portfolio; and advised iVillage with regard to adversarial intellectual property matters.
