Adam has experience advising clients on transactions across the energy and infrastructure sectors, including oil and gas, hydrogen, carbon capture and storage, renewable energy, energy infrastructure, and core and core-plus infrastructure. These transactions have involved, among other assets, upstream oil and gas assets, renewable generation assets, gathering and processing facilities, natural gas pipelines, refined products terminals, toll roads, district energy systems, and water and waste facilities.
His clients include domestic and international energy companies, energy and infrastructure private equity funds, renewable energy developers, environmental services companies, industrial services companies, and portfolio companies.
