Adam focuses on complex energy and infrastructure transactions, including acquisitions and divestitures, joint venture/development arrangements, private equity investments, and commercial agreements.

Adam has experience in transactions across the energy and infrastructure sectors, including oil and gas, renewable energy, and core and core-plus infrastructure. These transactions have involved, among other assets, upstream oil and gas assets, renewable generation assets, gathering and processing facilities, natural gas pipelines, refined products terminals, toll roads, district energy systems, and water and waste facilities.

He regularly represents domestic and international oil and gas companies, private equity funds, renewable energy developers, environmental services companies, industrial services companies, and portfolio companies.
