Orrick Promotes Three to Partner in London

Orrick is delighted to announce the promotion of three lawyers in London to the firm’s partnership, effective January 1, 2021.

Over the past year, Orrick’s London office has added seven partners in its Energy and Infrastructure, Capital Markets and Technology Companies Groups. They include a market-leading, five-partner team from Watson Farley: energy and infrastructure advisors Evan Stergoulis, Simon Alsey, Ravinder Sandhu and Adam Smith, and real estate advisor Simon Folley, technology transactions advisor Faraaz Samadi from Milbank, and capital markets advisor Edward Dyson from Cooley.

Jamie Moore is a tech companies advisor. Recognised as a Next Generation Partner by Legal 500, Jamie counsels high growth tech companies throughout their life cycle from startup to unicorn, as well as VC firms and investors on transactions across a broad range of sectors both in the UK and internationally. Over the past three years, he has led on over 100 VC financings, raising over $2.5 billion. An active participant in the VC community, Jamie has contributed to revising the BVCA industry standard form documentation.

Adam Rizzo conducts regulatory proceedings and commercial litigation. Recognised by Legal 500 for his work, Adam advises clients on internal and regulatory investigations, and commercial disputes. He has represented clients in investigations and enforcement proceedings brought by the UK's Financial Reporting Council, Financial Conduct Authority and Serious Fraud Office and in investigations brought by other regulators such as the Public Companies Accounting Oversight Board, the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Department of Justice in the United States. Adam also advises clients on anti-bribery and corruption matters. 

Amanda Voss is a commercial litigator.
