Imani represents leading developers and corporate purchasers in the storage and offtake of significant projects in the power and renewables sector and helps clients achieve their decarbonization, resilience and sustainability goals.

Imani's practice focuses on drafting and negotiating offtake agreements, including physical and virtual power purchase agreements, tolling and capacity agreements, and battery storage agreements for solar, storage, wind, and gas projects. Imani also advises on energy and data center development and project M&A matters.

Prior to joining Orrick, Imani was an associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP where she worked on a variety on FERC and CFTC regulatory matters. Imani also completed a secondment with Morgan Stanley where she supported energy commodity transactions.
