Orrick advised European asset manager Azimut in the launch of a new investment platform focused on investing in U.S. private capital fund managers.
The U.S.-based newco is called Azimut Alternative Capital Partners LLC and will focus on investing in GP stakes of alternative managers specialized in the private markets space, including private equity, private credit, infrastructure and real estate.
