In Q3 2019, Orrick placed #3 for M&A globally, #2 in each of the United States, United Kingdom and Europe, and top 5 in China and Japan by deal count. Additionally, the team’s private equity practice ranked #2 for private equity deals under $500 million in both the U.S. and Europe.
