Orrick Advises InfoVista and Apax Partners in Acquisition of Ascom Network Testing

Orrick advised Paris-based InfoVista and Apax Partners in the acquisition of Ascom Network Testing, a global market leader in testing, monitoring, post processing and performance optimization for mobile networks.

Based in the United States, Ascom Network Testing is the testing subsidiary of the Swiss listed company, Groupe International Ascom. It is the wireless communications drive-test market leader with nearly 40% market share.

With this acquisition, InfoVista doubles its current size and become the world leader of network performance.

Earlier this year, Orrick advised Apax Partners on its acquisition of InfoVista, the leading provider of cost-effective network performance orchestration solutions.

The Orrick team was led by Saam Golshani and Alexis Hojabr and included Diane de Moüy, Emmanuel Benard, Hélène Daher, Ariane de Roux, Nadège Owen, Michel Roseau and Anne-Sophie Kerfant in Paris; Shawn Atkinson and Henry Storrar in London; and Tal Hacohen, Spencer Cohen, Brian Blood, Harry Clark, Gregory Hume and Vineeth Narayanan in the United States.
