Alex Sobolev: So, the first thing about designing a privacy compliance program is knowing what data you have and where it is and why you have it. That'll determine your exposure. That'll determine what steps you need to take in order to comply, and also prioritizing your compliance plan as well to identify the biggest risks. Using a third-party solution to store personal data or data in general is, of course, nothing unusual. Everybody uses some form of hosting provider. The key thing when choosing those hosting providers is identifying those that can provide the appropriate security guarantees that you need for the data you're going to be storing there.
