Imtiyaz is a Managing Associate in our London Employment Team, advising a broad range of clients on corporate, advisory and contentious employment law matters.
He has experience across a wide spectrum of employment issues, including disciplinary and grievance processes, redundancy and termination procedures, and the preparation of employment documentation.
Imtiyaz regularly supports multinational clients on the employment aspects of complex global corporate transactions. His practice also includes advising on workplace restructurings, post-termination restrictions and contentious matters, including claims involving unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing.
