Orrick Adds Employment Advisor to Tech Companies

• Sarah Tauman joins Orrick’s Chambers Band 1-ranked California Employment team as a partner. She is based in Sacramento.
• Sarah counsels venture-backed technology companies on employment issues as they scale. She also advises on the employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions and initial public offerings.
• She brings strong experience in healthtech, fintech and consumer tech.
• Sarah joins from DLA Piper. She is the third addition to Orrick’s Tech Companies platform this year, following venture capital advisor Agatha Kluk in New York and IP licensing and transactions advisor Gina Marek in Silicon Valley.
