Deutsch: Orrick berät Headline bei Fusion von Deposit Solutions mit Raisin
Orrick advised global venture capital investor Headline (formerly e.ventures) on the merger of its fintech portfolio company Deposit Solutions with Raisin, the leading pan-European B2C platform for savings and investments. As "Raisin DS," both companies will unite their B2B offerings and Europe’s leading B2C savings marketplaces under one roof.
Deposit Solutions is the leading B2B Open Banking platform in the savings deposit space. The company operates deposit marketplaces for over 150 partners, including large institutions.
Raisin DS will collaborate with around 400 banks and financial services providers from more than 30 countries, servicing over 550,000 direct customers. The merged company will have offices in Berlin, Frankfurt, Hamburg, London, Madrid, Manchester, Milan, New York, Paris, and Zurich.
Headline is a venture capital investor with representations on the ground in seven cities around the world. They invest across geographies, leading rounds at every stage.
