Stefan Schultes-Schnitzlein is a German lawyer and tax advisor who primarily advises companies and their shareholders, private equity and venture capital funds, and family offices on transaction-related issues in tax law and accounting.

His focus is on corporate transactions and their financing, financial restructurings, as well as tax audits and tax litigation. The tax support of growth companies at all stages has become an increasingly larger part of his work in recent years.
