Orrick advised Seed Fonds III Aachen und Mönchengladbach and DSA Invest II, the investment arm of automotive electronics developer DSA Daten- und Systemtechnik, on their seed investment in the MOQO mobility platform.

MOQO is a Software as a Service (SaaS) offering operated by Digital Mobility Solutions GmbH that enables small and local providers to offer scalable shared mobility services.

Seed Fonds III Aachen und Mönchengladbach is one of eleven regional start-up funds implemented by North Rhine-Westphalia’s state development bank, NRW.BANK, together with regional investment partners. Operational management of the fund is in the hands of the investment experts of S-UBG Group, the investment company of the savings banks in the Aachen, Krefeld and Mönchengladbach region.

DSA Invest II is the investment arm of the automotive electronics developer DSA Daten- und Systemtechnik, a leading Aachen, North Rhine-Westphalia-based provider of innovative communication solutions for automotive electronics with branches in China, Italy, South Africa, Mexico, Brazil, India and the USA.

Seed Fonds Aachen und Mönchengladbach and DSA Invest have been advised by a Düsseldorf-based Orrick team led by tech transactions partner Sven Greulich, who regularly advises leading startups and corporate venture capital investors on financing rounds and M&A transactions.
