Crane Payment Innovations, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of U.S. Crane Co., acquired all shares in Switzerland based Microtronic AG.

Crane Co. is a diversified manufacturer of highly engineered industrial products. With over 11,000 employees working together across 26 countries, Crane generated 2016 net sales of $2.7 billion.

Microtronic AG, headquartered in Oensingen, Switzerland, is an innovative manufacturer of electronic payment and identification systems, which for decades serves a customer base including numerous large transnational companies.
