    Coatue – Investment in Axoni’s $32 million Series B raise, led by Goldman Sachs and Nyca Partners.

    Coinbase – Trademark prosecution and trademark dispute resolution, including overseeing a diverse international expansion effort.

    Elastos Foundation – Establishing important precedent in securities class action litigation, we secured an important ruling preserving the removal of certain Securities Act class actions to federal court under the Class Action Fairness Act (CAFA).

    Galaxy Digital – $52.5 million loan purchasing facility and equity investment in cryptocurrency-to-USD lending platform BlockFi.

    Global Fintech Payments Company – Coverage under a crime policy related to bitcoin computer fraud.

    Incubaid – Legal environment for and creation of a dematerialized new currency system.

    Integra Ledger – Along with our client Integra Ledger, we collaborated to launch the Global Legal Blockchain Consortium, which is working toward the standardization, governance and application of blockchain and related technologies in global legal systems.

    Mercy Corps – In its role as a founding member of the Libra Association, which will govern the Facebook-developed cryptocurrency, with respect to the regulation of digital assets, privacy laws and governance.

    OpenSea – A Y Combinator company and the first peer-to-peer open marketplace for any non-fungible asset on the Ethereum blockchain, in its $2 million seed financing led by Founders Fund and 1confirmation.

    Propcoin – Establishment of a crypto property crowd funding platform and their token offering.

    Skew – Establishment of crypto derivatives exchange, including regulatory advice, employment advice, corporate and commercial advice and the drafting of exchange rules and terms of business.

    Wirex – Initial exchange offering of WXT tokens, their first native cryptocurrency that is now available on multiple exchanges. We also advised on Wirex’s regulatory compliance for e-money and payment services.
