Kelly M. Cullen is a Litigation Career Associate in Orrick's Global Operations Center in Wheeling, W.Va.
Ms. Cullen's experience includes litigation involving the Fair Credit Reporting Act, breach of contract, negligence, age discrimination and other claims in federal and state courts. She has substantial experience managing complex discovery matters including document productions, written discovery and discovery-related motions as well as significant experience defending class actions. While at Jones Day, Ms. Cullen acted as lead counsel for one of the big three national credit reporting agencies in more than thirty cases.
Ms. Cullen is currently a member of the Orrick legal team representing a major investment bank in several litigations in connection with the underwriting of residential mortgage-backed securities.
Prior to joining Orrick, she worked as an associate for Jones Day. Before entering law school, she participated in the Jesuit Volunteer Corps.
