Lisa Qin, an associate in Orrick’s Shanghai office, is a member
of the Corporate Group.
Lisa regularly represents Chinese and international financial
institutions and private equity funds in cross-border mergers and acquisitions,
private equity, restructuring and other general corporate and compliance
In addition, she has extensive experience advising on
pre-IPO financings and handling Hong Kong and US initial public offerings
(IPOs) for Chinese issuers.
Lisa has deep knowledge in the healthcare,
pharmaceuticals, education, technology, media and telecommunications sectors.
Prior to joining Orrick, Lisa worked at Shearman &
Sterling in Shanghai.
Alessandra Quattrini is a Special Counsel in the Rome office and member of the Litigation Group of Orrick. She specializes in administrative law, with particular focus on public contracts for works and supplies, handling both transactional and litigation matters.
Her practice comprises of legal assistance on Administrative Law, project financing, public utilities, transportation and infrastructure, Public Companies, healthcare, constructions and city planning, landscape restraint, and the environment.
In 1995, she collaborated with the Deputy-Ministry of Industry, in Rome. From 1992 to 2003, she was responsible for the department of “Administrative Litigation” of the Legal and Administrative Litigation Office of the University of Rome "Tor Vergata."
Before joining Orrick, Alessandra was a partner at the boutique law firm Studio Associato Crisci and at Studio Carnelutti of Rome.
