Burton K. Haimes


Burton K. Haimes, a partner at the New York office, is Chairman of the New York Corporate Group.  Mr. Haimes' practice focuses on international transactions, including the acquisition and disposition of businesses and related financing, international joint ventures, licensing arrangements and commercial advice, with a specific focus on France.

Mr. Haimes is also International Chairman Emeritus of Action Contre La Faim, an international famine relief organization and its U.S. Chapter - Action Against Hunger-USA. 

He was Chairman of the Board and President of the American Youth Soccer Organization for 20 years; is a member of the Board of Directors and Youth Council of the United States Soccer Federation as well as its Youth Task Force and Chairman of the At Large Council of the Federation; and a member of the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) Ethics Committee.  He is also a member of the Board of Directors of America Scores.
