Dr. Arno Frings is head of the German Employment Law practice in the Düsseldorf office.

Dr. Frings is a certified employment lawyer specializing in providing counseling services in all aspects of employment law to both domestic medium-sized and multinational companies.

During his 25 years of practice, Dr. Frings has gained a reputation for his pragmatic and solution-oriented approach to employment law issues. His experience extends to counseling board members and managing directors, negotiations with works councils and unions and numerous company restructurings. Dr. Frings also focuses on the protection of trade secrets and the enforcement of restrictive covenants including cross-border jurisdiction issues and employee data protection issues. His practice also includes the implementation of codes of conduct and matters related to European works councils.

Dr. Frings regularly presents seminars regarding current topics of employment law and is a frequent author on employment law issues. He is a member of the Working Group of Certified Labor Lawyers and member of the supervisory board of the listed staffing services company Amadeus Fire AG.
