  • Acted for Inforcer, a leading Microsoft multi-tenant management solution, on its $19m Series A financing, led by Meritech Capital and subsequently on its $35m Series B financing led by Dawn Capital with participation from existing investor Meritech Capital.
  • Acted for a UK-based digital healthcare platform on its $60m Series B funding.
  • Part of the team advising Stubben Edge Group Limited, a fintech focused on revolutionizing the financial services industry, on its acquisition of Jaywing UK Limited, an AI and data innovator and award-winning integrated marketing agency.
  • Acted for the lead investor, in the £10m Series A financing of a UK-based SaaS platform startup.
  • Acted for RPS Ventures on its investment and participation in the $75m Series C funding of Luminance Technology, a London-based legal AI platform.  
  • Acted for Affinity Africa, a Ghanaian digital banking startup, on its $8m seed financing, led by Grazia Equity and Backed VC.
  • Acted for TALA, the sustainable activewear brand founded by fitness entrepreneur Grace Beverley on its £5m raise, led by Pembroke VCT with participation from existing investors Venrex and Active Partners.
  • Acted for Mosaic Capital on its investment in the £300m financing of Highview Power. The transaction was led by the UK Infrastructure Bank and Centrica alongside an equity syndicate of existing and new investors including Sumitomo Heavy Industries, Rio Tinto, Goldman Sachs, KIRKBI and Mosaic Capital. Recognised as Energy Transition Deal of the Year, 2024 by IJGlobal.
  • Acted for Butternut Box, the UK-based fresh dog food company, on its $280m financing, led by General Atlantic and L Catterton.
  • Acted for Eurazeo, a leading European private equity firm, on its investment and participation in the £5.25m Series A funding of UrbanChain.
  • Acted for Net Purpose, a London-based platform for sustainable investors on its $11m Series A financing.
  • Acted for a UK PropTech company on its £27m Series C investment led by Highland Europe, Finch Capital and Latitude.
  • Acted for a UK fintech on its $10m Series A round led by Index Ventures and advising the business on its subsequent strategic equity investment from American Express and PayPal.
  • Acted for a UK-based fund management company on its Series A investment into a marketing agency.
  • Acted for a media startup on its Series Seed raise and secondly on its £10m Series A funding round led by Lansdowne Partners.
  • Acted for a London-based cybersecurity entity on its preferred equity financing round.
