Congratulations to partner Jeremy Kudon on being named to Sports Business Journal’s list of “Power Players” in the sports industry for his pioneering work for professional sports leagues and the fantasy sports industry in states around the country adopting sports betting legislation.
The publication specifically cited Jeremy’s representation this year of Major League Baseball, the National Basketball Association and the Professional Golfers Association in guiding efforts to enact sports betting legislation. Jeremy, head of Orrick’s public policy practice group, has played an influential role in eight states that have already enacted legislation, and more than a dozen others considering legislative proposals.
