Orrick Advises Aptean on Acquisition of Groupe Mistral

Orrick advised Aptean, a global provider of mission-critical enterprise software solutions, on its acquisition of Groupe Mistral, a French provider of enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions designed for dealers and distributors of agricultural and construction equipment.

This transaction allows Aptean to expand the breadth of its industry-specific ERPs in France. Aptean will leverage its global scale, resources and technological expertise to accelerate the adoption of Mistral group’s cloud-based solutions within the equipment industry, while broadening the solutions that Mistral group can offer to its existing customers.
