Deutsch: Orrick für JUVE Award „Kanzlei des Jahres für Private Equity & Venture Capital“ nominiert
Congratulations to our German team on being nominated for the JUVE Law Firm of the Year Award for Private Equity & Venture Capital. Each year, German legal market publisher JUVE nominates five law firms each in 15 categories for their prestigious awards. The winners will be announced at the end of October, shortly before the publication of the 2021/2022 JUVE guide to law firms in Germany.
In the past twelve months, we have advised a wide range of private equity, venture capital and corporate investors as well as tech startups on numerous high-profile transactions in Germany. Some of these deals marked the convergence of private equity and venture capital, e.g. advising auxmoney GmbH on their €150 million financing round that saw Centerbridge becoming its majority shareholder, advising uberall GmbH on their $115 million financing round and acquisition of US-based tech company MomentFeed, or advising Lilium on their $3.3 billion SPAC merger including a $450 million PIPE investment.
