Deutsch: Orrick berät Camunda bei Series B Finanzierungsrunde über EUR 82 Millionen
We advised German SaaS software company Camunda on its €82m Series B investment round, led by new investor Insight Partners and including existing investor Highland Europe.
Camunda is an open source software company innovating process automation with a developer-friendly approach that is standards-based, highly scalable and collaborative for business and IT. A community of thousands of users across companies such as Allianz, ING, and Vodafone design, automate and improve mission-critical business processes end-to-end with Camunda.
Camunda was advised by an international Orrick team lead by Düsseldorf-based partners Sven Greulich and Carsten Bernauer. The team further included partners Jonathan Chou, Stefan Schultes-Schnitzlein, James Larkin, John Narducci, Lars Mesenbrink and Christian Schröder as well as associates Mark Rossbroich, Johannes Rüberg and Onur Öztürk from the firm’s Düsseldorf and New York offices.
