Orrick Advises DyeMansion on €12 Million Series B Financing Round

Orrick has advised DyeMansion GmbH, a global leader in additive manufacturing finishing systems, in its €12 million Series B financing round led by Danish Nordic Alpha Partners with participation of initial backers UVC Partners, btov and AM Ventures.

Munich, Germany-based DyeMansion helps users of industrial 3D-printing to turn their raw plastic parts into high-value products. Its high-end post-processing equipment is used by over 600 customers worldwide including companies like BMW, Daimler, Under Armour, or Jabil.

DyeMansion was advised by an Orrick team led by Düsseldorf-based M&A and private equity partner Sven Greulich, who already advised DyeMansion on its Series A financing round in 2018.

The team further included counsel Carsten Bernauer (M&A and private equity, Düsseldorf), senior associate Johannes Rüberg (M&A and private equity, Düsseldorf), as well as associates Eva Dittes and Onur Öztürk (both M&A and private equity, Düsseldorf).
