Orrick Advises Frontier Car Group on OLX Investment

Orrick has advised online car marketplace Frontier Car Group (FCG) on OLX Group’s investment in the company. Once completed, OLX will become the largest shareholder in FCG. OLX first invested $89 million in FCG in 2018, providing capital for FCG to enhance its services and expand to new geographies.

Orrick has advised Frontier since its inception in 2016 and has counseled the company on multiple financing rounds and corporate matters. Anik’s clients include Betterment, Blokable, Carrot Fertility, Clutter, Confluent, Convoy, Desmos, Expanse, Frontier Car Group, GoldieBlox, HashiCorp, Heap, HingeTo, Hustle, Inspire Energy, Jibe, Lambda School, Mux, Mylio, Nanotronics Imaging, Oiselle, Pinterest, Sourcegraph, Two Chairs and Waking Up. Anik is on the advisory board of Peer Resources, an organization that serves high school and middle school students in the San Francisco Unified School District. A native Ohioan and former New Yorker, Anik now lives with his family in Berkeley.
