Anik Guha, a partner in the Technology Companies Group based in Orrick’s San Francisco office, co-leads the firm’s global Corporate Business Unit. Over a 20-year career, he has worked alongside hundreds of entrepreneurs building innovative, category-defining companies.
Anik has represented leading tech companies across industries ranging from enterprise software and AI to fintech, energytech, mental health and others, including Betterment, Confluent, Convoy, Fireworks, HashiCorp, Inspire Energy, Mux, Pinterest, Sourcegraph and Two Chairs. Selected clients that Anik has advised from the earliest stages through acquisition include Connectifier (sold to LinkedIn), Cove (sold to Dropbox), Expanse (sold to Palo Alto Networks), Nest (sold to Google) and Yammer (sold to Microsoft).
In addition to serving clients and leading the Corporate Business Unit, Anik works with Orrick’s market-leading Innovation Team to develop legaltech solutions to meet the needs of Orrick clients.
A native Ohioan and former New Yorker, Anik lives with his family in Berkeley.
