Congratulations to partner Lynne Hermle on being named once again to the Daily Journal’s Top Labor & Employment Lawyers in California list.
The publication described Lynne has a go-to employment defense litigator for many of the world’s most influential companies, saying “she protects their interests on a number of issues dominating the national conversation, from the #MeToo movement to pay equity to gender discrimination.” The Daily Journal cited a number of Lynne’s major wins, including last year defeating motions to certify class actions in closely-watched gender discrimination cases against Microsoft and Twitter.
In a profile, Lynne observed that “everything about employment cases is interesting,” adding that what she loves most is working with her team of associates, mentoring them and watching them turn into “kick ass-trial lawyers.”
Earlier this year, the Daily Journal named Lynne to its list of Top Women Lawyers in California for the fifth consecutive year.
