Leon Diederichs advises and represents clients in complex national and international arbitration proceedings and before German courts.

Leon is a trilingual disputes lawyer educated in Germany and England. He handles complex and high-value commercial disputes, antitrust damages claims and post-M&A disputes in the German courts and under the major arbitration rules including the ICC, DIS, and VIAC. He is also experienced in various aspects of antitrust law (e.g., merger control, market dominance cases, investigations, etc.). 

Predominantly Leon's work includes cross-border disputes including between parties from, inter alia, the U.S., France, the Netherlands, Italy, Mexico, Switzerland and Germany. 

Leon advises and represents clients in the technology, infrastructure, and energy sectors, delivering strategic solutions to complex legal and regulatory challenges in Germany and internationally.
