Renewa, a fast-growing land under infrastructure company backed by QIC, has secured a $200 million primary equity commitment from La Caisse (formerly CDPQ), with La Caisse acquiring a stake in the business. With this commitment, along with new debt commitments from other sources, Renewa has now secured total funding commitments of more than $750 million since its inception in 2022.
