Orrick represented Kognitiv Corporation (Kognitiv) on the sale of its Intelligent Shopper Solutions (ISS) business, a leading retail consumer insight provider that enables collaboration between retailers and suppliers, to IRI, a portfolio company managed and advised by funds controlled by Vestar Capital Partners and New Mountain Capital. The transaction was effected through the sale and purchase of the entire issued share capital of Aimia Loyalty Analytics UK Limited.
In addition to the sale of ISS, Kognitiv, a B2B technology organization and world leader in collaborative commerce, has entered into an innovation and marketing partnership with IRI.
