Deutsch: Orrick berät EQT bei Verkauf der E.I.S. Aircraft Products and Services an die HANNOVER Finanz Gruppe
Orrick has advised leading private equity investor EQT Mid Market on the sale of aerospace product and service provider E.I.S. Aircraft Products & Services to Germany-based HANNOVER Finanz Group.
The transaction is subject to approval from merger authorities.
E.I.S. Aircraft, based in Euskirchen, Germany, is a well-established product and service provider in the aerospace industry. The company is a key supplier of light-weight cabin interior products, offering an array of composites and specialized thermoplastics solutions to the commercial aviation market.
EQT Mid Market was advised by Munich-based M&A and private equity partner Dr. Christoph Brenner, who has advised EQT on various other transactions, such as the initial acquisition of E.I.S. Aircraft Group, the sale of BackWerk and the acquisition of a Cybersecurity Solutions Company (U.K.).
