Congratulations to Orrick partner Lynne Hermle on being recognized by the Daily Journal as one of the top women lawyers in California in 2022. It is the seventh time in the past eight years Lynne has been named to the Top Women Lawyers list.
In this feature (subscription required), the publication describes Lynne as having “long been considered one of California’s top courtroom defenders of employers.” Last year alone, she tried two in-person jury trials and three remote arbitrations. “I think most of us doing employment litigation would tell you that the past 15 months have been a blur of trials that sat dormant during the pandemic,” Lynne said, adding that litigation “is alive and well now in a way that it wasn’t even pre-pandemic.”
In addition to recognizing Lynne as one of the top women lawyers in California, the Daily Journal regularly names her among the top 100 lawyers in California as well as a top labor and employment lawyer.
