Mike Sullivan is a partner in the San Francisco office. His practice focuses on representing emerging companies, entrepreneurs and venture capital funds. Mike has led hundreds of financing and M&A transactions for emerging companies in a wide variety of industries, including the cleantech, software, life sciences, mobile and consumer sectors.

Mike is a faculty member of the Practicing Law Institute's Venture Capital series, and a contributor to Venture Capital & Public Offering Negotiation (Aspen Law & Business). Mike is the Chair of the Board of Advisors of StartOut, the leading LGBT entrepreneurship advocacy nonprofit.
