    • Advised Re:Infer, a London-based communications intelligence platform, in its sale to UiPath (NYS: PATH).
    • Advised Sonantic, a London-based AI voice platform, on its acquisition by Spotify.
    • Advised Pires Investments PLC (LON: PIRI), in its acquisition by Tern (LON: TERN), a London-based investment company focused on value creation from IoT technology businesses.
    • Advised Ziglu, a London-based crypto platform, in their acquisition by Robinhood Markets Inc.(NAS: HOOD).
    • Advised Aptean, a Georgia-based enterprise resource planning software provider, on its acquisition of UK-based System Integration (Trading) Limited (“SI”).
    • Advised Finimize, a retail investing content platform in its acquisition by Abrdn.
    • Advised Keyless Technologies, a password-less and biometric authentication provider, on its sale to Sift.
    • Advised investors on their $125 million TV rights securitization by Syco Entertainment of Intellectual Property in the "Got Talent" Franchise.
    • Advised Kistos plc on its conditional asset purchase agreement and share purchase agreement with TotalEnergies S.E.
    • Advised LoopMe, a brand-focused mobile advertising platform, on its $120 million investment from Mayfair Equity Partners.
    • Advised Global Processing Services, a global payment technology platform in its over $300 million fundraising from Advent International and Viking Global Investors.
    • Advises Vitruvian Partners on its minority investment in Twinkl, a UK-based online educational resources provider.
