Henry advises private and public sector clients on complex alternative delivery model procurements and the development and financing of energy and infrastructure assets. 

His practice focuses on project acquisitions and financing, including debt and tax equity financing, in the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors. His infrastructure practice focuses on alternative delivery models (such as P3s and Progressive Design-Build) and Energy-as-a-Service transactions.

    • A proposer on an airport train system replacement program.
    • A proposer on an airport terminal development
    • A utility developer in a preferred equity investment and a bridge loan facility
    • A concessionaire on a toll road expansion.

    Energy:

    • A tax equity investor in multiple nine-figure tax equity investments.
    • A sponsor in a $225 million tax equity investment.
    • A solar developer in connection with a revolver loan facility to finance and scale development and construction of a distributed generation solar pipeline in the commercial and industrial space.
